One of the best ways to improve your memory quite drastically, is through sleep. Proper sleep hygiene can allow for the consolidation of memories. It also decreases cortisol due to stress. Stress is the silent killer of all things; your body cannot remain in high alert for an extended period of time. It is important that sleep is treated as sacred, and highest priority. From this day forth, I pledge to sacrifice all other things, as to improve sleep, and improve health overall. I will stop drinking caffeine after noon. I will stop eating food at 8pm. I will stop using screens at 8pm. I will stop consuming nicotine at 6pm. I will start my "going to bed routine" at 8pm.
